Room availability information provided on this website is provided directly by the accommodation provider and is accurate at the date/time that they last updated this information. If the accommodation provider offers online booking then you may make an unconfirmed booked via this website which will be pending confirmation by the accommodation provider, alternatively you will need to contact the accommodation provider to confirm a booking.
Online Booking
All completed online bookings made via this website are legal transactions between the purchaser and the accommodation provider. Online bookings can only be confirmed when a valid credit card number is provided. The accommodation provider will directly charge the purchasers credit card themselves based on the details provided by the purchaser where applicable. Travelwise Ltd does not make any checks on credit card details entered by users, other than the validity of the credit card number. If the required payment cannot be obtained using the credit card details provided then the accommodation provider will make reasonable attempt(s) to contact the purchaser and may opt to cancel the booking if alternative arrangements for payment cannot be negotiated.
All changes and / or cancellations to bookings made through this website must be made directly with the accommodation provider concerned via email, phone or fax. The accommodation provider reserves the right to make appropriate charges according to their policies which are advised at time of booking.
Travelwise Ltd specifically assumes no responsibility for the correctness of prices and availability provided by the accommodation service provider. The purchaser is responsible for checking that all details of their booking request and later confirmation is correct and is as intended. In event of an overbooking, the accommodation provider will inform you as soon as possible and attempt to rectify the situation by seeking alternative accommodation of a similar price and quality. If no alternative accommodation is available then the booking will be cancelled and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to release, indemnify and keep indemnified Book4Sure.co.nz and Travelwise Ltd from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses) losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with these terms and conditions, your failure to complete a transaction made through this website, any loss due to an obvious error or omission and any failure of any accommodation provider advertising on the website to provide the services offered.
Travelwise Ltd assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images from the site. General Booking Terms and Conditions
To obtain confirmation for a booking, you must complete the booking forms, including customer information (for example, name, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information). Required information fields are marked as such.
Special requests indicated on your booking form may be subject to availability and additional cost and are not guaranteed until check-in. Should the special condition requested by you be the provision of facilities for the disabled, then the accommodation provider will notify you if your requirements cannot be satisfied.
You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct; that the credit card you are using is your own; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. Your booking may be rejected at any time if you fail to make good on any of these obligations.
Credit card is the only method of payment accepted for accommodation bookings. Those currently accepted will be shown in the credit card selection dropdown. Only one credit card may be used to pay for the entire booking and the amount to be charged to the credit card will be displayed in the booking conditions.
When you successfully submit an online booking, your confirmation details and booking code will appear on the final page of your screen when the booking is complete. We recommend that you print this form as a record of your booking. A copy of your booking request will also be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the booking form. A confirmation e-mail will be sent by the accommodation provider to the e-mail address supplied on the booking form.
Once you have received this confirmation, you can print the booking voucher for your booking by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail. This will be all the documentation you will need. Please note that the confirmation will be subject to authorisation of the charges by the credit provider and presentation of the card at check-in. The booking confirmation is also subject to the terms and conditions specific to the relevant accommodation provider.
The accommodation provider will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with the services the subject specified in your booking. However, in certain circumstances, the accommodation provider may need to change the details of your booking or substitute other services for your booking without giving reasons. In such cases, the accommodation provider will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any changes.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform the accommodation provider as soon as possible. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate any such requests, the accommodation provider cannot guarantee that such requests can or will be met.
The person submitting a booking will be deemed to have accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
The accommodation provider will not be in breach of these Booking Terms and Conditions, and is not liable to any party for a delay or failure to perform an obligation, resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If affected by such event or circumstance, the accommodation provider will be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligation, and will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of the event or circumstance and of the period for which it expects performance of its obligations to be delayed or prevented.
If a delay or failure by a accommodation provider to perform its obligations due to an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control exceeds 30 days, the accommodation provider or you may immediately terminate your booking by notice to the other.
An event or circumstance beyond the accommodation provider’s reasonable control includes acts of God, war, flood, fire, explosion, civil disobedience, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labour disputes or delays of third parties.
Age and Responsibility
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking codes and your email. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your booking codes or email. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.
Exclusions and Liability
While Travelwise Ltd endeavours to provide a useable and functional Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility, given the nature of the internet and computer software to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Where Travelwise Ltd or the accommodation provider is not entitled to exclude a warranty, condition or term implied by any Applicable Law, then to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the liability of Travelwise Ltd and the accommodation provider for breach of any such warranty, condition or term is limited to: in the case of services, at the option of Travelwise Ltd or the accommodation provider, either the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied; and
To the extent permitted by any Applicable Law, Travelwise Ltd, the accommodation provider and their agents, representatives and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, business, use, bargain or goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or loss of savings, resulting from, or in any way connected to, the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any information presented on the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any goods or services provided through the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility. To the maximum extent permitted by any Applicable Law, the maximum aggregate liability of Travelwise Ltd , the accommodation provider and their agents, representatives and licensors resulting from, or in any way connected to, the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any information presented on the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any goods or services provided through the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility, is limited to the value of your paid booking. The exclusions and limitations of liability in this paragraph operate regardless of whether the relevant claim is based in contract, tort (including without limitation) negligence, equity, strict liability, statute or any other basis.

Your Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: all information that you submit when using the Book4Sure.co.nz booking facility is true and accurate; and
all content information submitted by you when using the Book4Sure.co.nz booking facility is owned by you and the use of such content by Travelwise Ltd and the accommodation provider does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third parties.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform the accommodation provider as soon as possible. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate any such requests, the accommodation provider cannot guarantee that such requests can or will be met.
The person submitting a booking will be deemed to have accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
The accommodation provider will not be in breach of these Booking Terms and Conditions, and is not liable to any party for a delay or failure to perform an obligation, resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If affected by such event or circumstance, the accommodation provider will be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligation, and will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of the event or circumstance and of the period for which it expects performance of its obligations to be delayed or prevented.
If a delay or failure by a accommodation provider to perform its obligations due to an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control exceeds 30 days, the accommodation provider or you may immediately terminate your booking by notice to the other.
An event or circumstance beyond the accommodation provider’s reasonable control includes acts of God, war, flood, fire, explosion, civil disobedience, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labour disputes or delays of third parties.
Age and Responsibility
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking codes and your email. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your booking codes or email. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.
Exclusions and Liability
While Travelwise Ltd endeavours to provide a useable and functional Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility, given the nature of the internet and computer software to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Where Travelwise Ltd or the accommodation provider is not entitled to exclude a warranty, condition or term implied by any Applicable Law, then to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the liability of Travelwise Ltd and the accommodation provider for breach of any such warranty, condition or term is limited to: in the case of services, at the option of Travelwise Ltd or the accommodation provider, either the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied; and
To the extent permitted by any Applicable Law, Travelwise Ltd, the accommodation provider and their agents, representatives and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, business, use, bargain or goodwill, loss or corruption of data, or loss of savings, resulting from, or in any way connected to, the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any information presented on the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any goods or services provided through the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility. To the maximum extent permitted by any Applicable Law, the maximum aggregate liability of Travelwise Ltd , the accommodation provider and their agents, representatives and licensors resulting from, or in any way connected to, the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any information presented on the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility or any goods or services provided through the Book4Sure.co.nz website and booking facility, is limited to the value of your paid booking. The exclusions and limitations of liability in this paragraph operate regardless of whether the relevant claim is based in contract, tort (including without limitation) negligence, equity, strict liability, statute or any other basis.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or consequential or incidental damages, so portions of the above-referenced exclusions may not directly apply to you. all content information submitted by you when using the Book4Sure.co.nz booking facility is owned by you and the use of such content by Travelwise Ltd and the accommodation provider does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third parties.
