What does 'PENDING' mean?

When you place a booking request, your booking is 'PENDING'. Booking requests made through this website are not final until it they have been confirmed by the relevant accommodation provider via email or by phone.

Why are some rooms 'ON HOLD'?

When someone has placed a booking request, the rooms are placed 'ON HOLD' for the days booked. Once a booking request has been confirmed, the rooms will be changed to 'BOOKED'. You cannot place a booking request for rooms which are 'ON HOLD'.

Viewing your Booking or Itinerary

To view your booking request, either click on the link in the email you have received or visit the 'book4sure' website by going to www.book4sure.co.nz and entering your email address and booking code in the areas provided.
