What does 'PENDING' mean?

When you place a booking request, your booking is 'PENDING'. Booking requests made through this website are not final until it they have been confirmed by the relevant accommodation provider via email or by phone.

Why are some rooms 'ON HOLD'?

When someone has placed a booking request, the rooms are placed 'ON HOLD' for the days booked. Once a booking request has been confirmed, the rooms will be changed to 'BOOKED'. You cannot place a booking request for rooms which are 'ON HOLD'.

How do I change or cancel a Booking?

All bookings made through this website are sent directly to the relevant accommodation provider. 'book4sure' does not receive copies of any bookings made through this website. All booking enquiries, changes and / or cancellations to bookings made through this website must be made directly with the accommodation provider concerned. The accommodation provider's contact details are on the booking request email received when making the booking. Please quote your booking request code when corresponding with the acoommodation provider to ensure they can deal with your enquiry in a timely manner.
